On Monday, June 9, The Marietta Business Association will be hosting an afternoon luncheon from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Mansour Center. Sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, this event will give participants the chance to discuss “The Economic Impact of a Staycation” with a panel of special guests. Visitors include Dale Kaetzel, President of Six Flags Over Georgia/Whitewater Park; Sonny Horton, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Stone Mountain Park; Gus Earton, Vice President of Marketing for the Atlanta Braves; and Carey Rountree, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Georgia Aquarium.

The buffet, which will open at 11:15 a.m., will be catered by Adriane’s Delectables and feature picnic-style foods such as hot dogs and hamburgers. Dress is summer casual (sunglasses required!). At 10:30 a.m., participants are also encouraged to attend a Networking Expo. The luncheon is $20 for guests, $15 for members, and $10 for guests accompanied by a member (must register on-line).
